Shipping Policy

1). When an order is placed it takes one to three business days to process . This excludes weekends or holidays. For example if you order it on a Friday it will go out the following Monday since it is Considered weekend times. Same if it is ordered a day before a holiday or on a holiday the next shipping day the shipping companies are open is when it will be sent .
We will make an effort to get it out as fast as we can . 

2). When processed an email will be sent with a tracking number . Once processed and left the building and at the shipping company we have no way of calling back said item .

3). Please be patient it takes time for your package to get to its destination. If you have any questions please email us in the contact page and we will get back to you in order of when emails come in.

4). If a package is  stolen we are not responsible for any refunds  if it has been delivered. We do not cover theft.

5). If package is lost we will do our best to try and help but once it leaves our hands it is out of our control only the shipping company. Note that some shipping companies don't always update right away so please give it time to reach its destination. 

6). If it is truly lost a claim must be filed with said shipping company. It takes usually 30 to 60 days to get an answer. Once it goes through then you will be refunded . 

7). If package is damaged a claim must be filed by you to the shipping company. We do not refund damaged items because of shipping companies negligence.

8). Marley s Treasures does not supply return labels all sales are final!

Any item purchased will be very well packed because we care !
